Tackle Daylight Savings
Hello daylight savings – hope your missing hour of sleep wasn't too painful. Here are some tips for easing the transition...
- Be Consistent. The clocks has re-set. So will your family – if little ones go to bed at 7, they still do. Stick to nap, meal & bedtimes that work for you
- Be Outside. The more fresh air, running around & general exhaustion you can pack in, the better. Enjoy your extra hour of daylight!
- Thing Big Picture. Focus less on explaining why the clocks are changing, and more on moving forward
- Stay Strong. - If you have to put your little one back to bed five times, do it. You’ll thank yourself next week.
